A Spiritual Motivation Research Based on Some Amendments to Expectancy Theory

Abstract: Based on Demand Theory, this paper analyzes the Expectancy Theory from a psychological perspective. By referring to the Flow Experience related research results, this article points out the inadequacy of Expectancy Theory and provides some amendments to it. After analyzing the relationship among Intention, Cost and Behavior, the paper proposes to add Time as moderator which has moderating influence on the result, so that forming a Spiritual Motivation theory based on Some Amendments to Expectancy Theory. Moreover, this paper constructs a theoretical model which deepens the explanation degree of Expectancy Theory to concrete phenomena. According to the three controllable variables in the model, the paper provides corresponding suggestions in human resource management. In the end, it summarizes the limitations of the research and proposed directions for future research.

A Causal Analysis of Anxiety in English Listening Test for College Undergraduate Students

Abstract: By using “English Listening Test Anxiety Scale”and “English Listening Test”. This research investigated the anxiety in English listening test among 183 high school sophomores from one university in Changchun city, Jilin province. The result finds that high school sophomores’ English listening test anxiety has a significant difference among the students with different learning levels. Students of good learning suffer greater anxiety than those not of good learning. Anxiety varies significantly between boys and girls as girl students’ anxiety is significantly higher than boys’. nglish listening test anxiety also reveals its difference among students of different grades or ages. igh school freshman show higher anxiety than those of grade Two.

Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, there is an increasing number of people demanding the service of mobile phones multimedia. The new generation mobile communication (beyond 3G/4G) will provide data transferring rate up to 100Mbit/s, and even higher. And it can support services from voice to multimedia services, including instant streaming media. Thus under the condition of the limited spectrum resource to achieve high speed and large capacity, the need for high spectrum efficiency technology has become a new challenge. This paper introduces the development of mobile communication, the application and principle of MIMO technology in 4G, and researches the problem of improving the spectrum utilization rate of space time block code for MIMO technology.

Abstract: This paper embark on the importance of coordinate System to West-East Gas Pipeline Project design work , introduced the parameter characteristics of Xi'an 80 coordinate system and the WGS84 coordinate system. This paper elaborated the process of conversion Xi'an 80 coordinate system to become WGS84 coordinate system which using Bursa formula method to seven parameter method, and given the specific examples and error analysis, and proposed a method to reduce the error.

Survey of the Life Values of Undergraduates in Different Educational Systems

Abstract: This article compares and analyzes the life values of undergraduates in newly-promoted undergraduate universities with different educational systems in the aspects of the utilization of spare time, value of life, value on love and marriage, network view and attitudes towards money through questionnaire survey, aims to find out the reasons why there are similarities and differences in life values. Propose the idea that promoting the integrated development of undergraduates by meeting the subjective needs of them as an entry point, to enhance the effectiveness and scientificity of moral education. Focus on the effect of the construction of campus software and hardware on undergraduates’ values, and give play to teachers’ leading function, to finish the conversion task of systems and regulations as soon as possible, to lay a good foundation for newly-promoted undergraduate universities to finish the transactional period successfully.

Abstract: the historical documents are the important traces of the history. Historical documents carry the information about the tradition, religion, science, literature, war strategies of the ancient times, which are very useful to understand the life and culture of the ancient civilizations. These historical documents are usually recovered from the archaeological findings. Historical documents are usually found degraded due to the straining because of many factors. The historical documents are found in hundreds of thousands in numbers, so take a lot of time for manual restoration of these documents. In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed, which can be used to restore the historical documents using the combination of digital image processing based image restoration techniques.

Study of Passive Millimeter Wave Multi-Beam Antenna

Abstract: The millimeter wave is between the centimeter wave and the optical band. It has the optical detection accuracy and the microwave all-weather working characteristic .Compared with microwave, the volume and weight of millimeter wave devices are smaller, especially for the design of missile borne weapons .The millimeter wave is narrow and the guidance precision is high. Passive millimeter wave has the ability of anti-jamming and anti-stealth. In this thesis, the key techniques of the millimeter wave focal plane array imaging are carried out in this paper: Based on analysis of the imaging theory of passive millimeter wave focal plane array, the main antenna used in millimeter wave is studied. The main use of millimeter wave radiometer is introduced, and the output signal of the radiometer is simulated and calculated by using the mathematical model of the simplified millimeter wave output signal.

Research on the Generation of Multi-Frequency and Frequency Doubling Millimeter Wave in the Multilateral Band Based on RoF System

Abstract: RoF is an attractive solution for future broadband wireless communication systems due to its large capacity and high flexibility for both fixed and mobile users. Millimeter-wave generation is a key technique to realize low cost and high transmission performance in RoF systems. In electrical domain, MMW signals beyond 60 GHz are difficult to generate and process due to restrictions on frequency responses of electronic devices. Hence, all-optical generation and distribution of MMW signals have attracted interest in recent years. In this paper, we propose a novel optical mufti-sidebands modulation (OMSB) to generate a high-power and high-frequency MMW signals. Several periodical optical sidebands are generated by employing a configuration of parallel phase modulators. Unlike heterodyning two waves, more than two optical sidebands will beat at a PD and contribute to generate a MMW signal with designed frequency. Since no optical filters or DC bias are used, the MMW signals have the evident character of high-power output. A generalized analytic expression for the generated frequency mufti-tupling MMW signal is developed. Simulation verifications and comparison results are also presented. The influences caused by non-ideal factors are discussed in detail, and undesired power ratios versus non-ideal factors are plotted and analyzed in the following sections. The proposed RoF system have better performance on transmission and anti-dispersion, and it's more suitable for long-distance transmission.

The Design of Three-tank System Decoupling Controller

Abstract: Three capacity system experiment platform is a multi-input multi output, time-varying, strong coupling and nonlinear experimental system for simulating the multi vessel process system. In this paper, a decoupling method based on nonlinear static feedback is used to control the liquid level in the three capacity experiment system. When the system satisfies a certain condition, the linear differential equations between output and equivalent new input can be found. After decoupling, the three capacity system can be decomposed into two independent single input single output linear subsystems. The PI control is used for each subsystem. The corresponding experimental results are given.

Research on Automatic Apple Harvesting using Computer Vision Based on 3-D Depth Analysis and Colour and Shape Analysis

Abstract: In this paper, the automatic robotic apple harvesting algorithm is proposed. The new system is proposed for the automatic apple harvesting in the Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir regions of India to overcome the labour shortage problem. The new algorithm will be developed using colour and shape analysis. Also, the new algorithm will be designed for the object positioning in 3-D space to increase the accuracy of the robotic arm movement. The new system will be developed using MATLAB simulator. The proposed algorithm will be developed to rectify the problem related to the false positives and false negatives (false decisions) by using 3-D depth analysis to facilitate the smooth and accurate robotic arm movement to minimize the crop damages due to wrong (false) decisions. The aimed accuracy is above 92% for the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: Data mining from the database to extract implicit, potentially use the value of information process, it has been widely applied in many fields. Data classification is an important content in data mining, the classification of the common model such as decision tree, neural network and genetic algorithm. The decision tree algorithm with its easy to extract according to rules, a relatively small amount of calculation, can display the important decision attribute and the advantages of high classification accuracy and widely used. This paper mainly from two aspects, and the pruning process of establishing the decision tree model, and finally to the complexity of the decision tree and the classification accuracy for consideration, performance evaluation criteria of decision tree are presented.

Abstract: This paper discusses the composition of the hydraulic servo system, the characteristics of the servo system and the requirements of the control system are summarized. The mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic position servo system is derived. Based on the random search method, the integer order PID controller and the fractional order PID controller parameters are determined. Conclusion the random search method is an effective and simple method for setting parameters.

Optimization and Numerical Analysis of Solar Heat Flux at Various Collector Inclination Angles in Thermosyphon Device

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to perform numerical investigation on effect of riser tube on system parameters in a thermosyphon solar water heater in Mandalay, Myanmar. Flat plate type solar collector is used as solar energy receiver and water-glycol (80%-20%) solution is used as circulating fluid in the system. The riser size is varied from 0.015 m to 0.03 m. The number of risers in the system is changed from 3 to 8. The thermosyphon system is inclined with 45˚.The theoretical analysis is performed by using MATLAB software. The flow and temperature distribution in the riser tube are also simulated by using FLIENT software. The largest diameter (0.03m) gives the highest mass flow rate, useful energy, efficiency. The maximum collector efficiency is 78% and the optimum number of risers that gives the maximum collector efficiency is 5. The CFD simulated temperature distribution along riser tube also show a good agreement with theoretically calculated results. From this research,the useful data can provide to construct the indirect thermosiphon solar water heater.

Creating Constructivist Learning Environments Using WebQuests

Abstract: This paper discusses the use of WebQuests to create a constructivist learning environment to support student learning. The author firstly justifies the implementation of introducing WebQuests into teaching, relating it with some contemporary pedagogic theories such as constructivism, constructive alignment and encouraging deep-learning approaches, then provides an account for the whole process of designing, applying, assessing the WebQuest model practice in details. The evaluation of the effectiveness of WebQuests is logically analyzed based on 52 anonymous systemic questionnaires which consisted of 13 quantitative and 6 qualitative questions. Delightfully, the WebQuest practice is successful and the findings are quite delightful, but some future developments relate to increasing the access students have to technology.

Alloy Sheet Metal Drawing Process Analysis with Finite Element Method

Abstract: Using elasto-plastic finite model, Prandtl-Reuss flow rule, Hill’s yield criterion respectively, the Updated Lagrangian Formulation (ULF) and the four degenerated shell element, the incremental elastoplastic large deformation finite element model is established. The friction phenomenon of slippage and viscosity at the boundary interface is based on increment of revision Coulomb rule. An extended rmin rule is used to formulate the boundary condition. The simulation is carried out to study the Drawing process by different die structure and parameter. The results are provided reference for designers and analysts.

Design and Implement of Intelligent Mobile Power Supply of Solar Energy Based on MCU

Abstract: This paper uses AT89C52 as the controller and the charging chip that TP4056 is used for single lithium-ion battery recharged, finally in a DC/DC booster chip of booster to the stability of the battery voltage 5V voltage and supplied for the load circuit. In addition, the ADC0809 is used for testing lithium battery voltage, and the lithium battery voltage testing circuit is set according to the instruction, with five light-emitting diode LED display the distributed level to the battery. The solar charger has the very high accuracy of float charging voltage, gruelling charging equipment can meet the requirement of charging voltage of charging demand.
